Label boss Tom Luka returns for his 6th contribution to the Horizon Recordings catalogue. His latest 2-track blends House & Disco flavours while holding a slight techno edge in places. Morphing synth sounds are mixed with smooth grooving basses across the release while pianos, rhodes and characteristically percussive drum rhythms offer a delightful array of dynamics.

“Someone, Somewhere” is the more hard hitting of the two with a very definitive shuffling hat pattern and a synth that really punches through to define the track. “Here, There, Everywhere” has a slightly more progressive element to it. The synths take on a slightly more relaxed feel as the bassline once again provides the groove and it is only when we are greeted with a piano line that the track really takes on its full form, encompassing you with that real after hours, sunrise vibe.
