Horizon Recordings are proud to announce their second release, coming to you courtesy of former D&B Arena chart topper MarX.

Following a string of releases on various other labels, including his chart topping smasher “Sharkbait” which sat proud at the top of the D&B Arena charts for around two weeks and was in the top 10 for over a month, MarX steps back into the hotseat for Horizon Recordings.

The release is a beautifully crafted masterpiece, which oozes atmosphere to create a spectacular soundscape like feel. Lotus uses wonderful strings and pads alongside detailed, intelligent yet minimal percussion blended with huge warm sub basses to take you on a musical journey even classic composers would be proud of.

Spectral enlists the help Horizon Recordings label co-founder Tom Luka and friend Dunne to continue the releases moving feel. Its hard hitting drums and wonderfully worked arpeggios drive the track forward while eerily daunting organs and synth patterns overlap to provide yet more wonderful atmosphere.
